2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Sky Glimpse Productions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services and Deliverables

Scope of Services: Services provided will be detailed in a written agreement, including deliverables, timelines, and fees.

Revisions: Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions for designs. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Delivery Timeline: We strive to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by incomplete client input or external factors may extend timelines.
4. Payment Terms

Fees: Payment details will be specified in project agreements or invoices.

Payment Schedule: A 40% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon project completion or as agreed.

Late Payments: Payments not made will incur a late fee of 2% of the unpaid balance, applied monthly after a 20-day grace period.
5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

Retained Rights: Sky Glimpse Productions retains the right to use designs and projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure that materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation: Cancellations before work begins are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. No refunds will be issued once work has started.

Studio Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel projects under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be issued proportionate to work completed.
7. Liability

Sky Glimpse Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.
8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client-provided information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Modifications to Terms

Sky Glimpse Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised "Effective Date."
10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
