A Legal Disclaimer

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By engaging with Sky Glimpse Productions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services: Services provided will be detailed in a written agreement, including deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Revisions: Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions for designs. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Delivery Timeline: We strive to meet agreed deadlines. Delays caused by incomplete client input or external factors may extend timelines.

Fees: Payment details will be specified in project agreements or invoices.
Payment Schedule: A 40% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon project completion or as agreed.
Late Payments: Payments not made will incur a late fee of 2% of the unpaid balance, applied monthly after a 20-day grace period.

Copyright & Retained Rights: Sky Glimpse Productions retains full copyright ownership of all raw footage, unedited files, and final deliverables. We reserve the right to use all media for promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing.
License Granted: Upon full payment of all invoice balances, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final delivered media for digital marketing, advertising, web, and social media promotion.
Licensing Fee: A mandatory administrative and licensing fee is applied to the total project cost to cover project coordination, digital file archival, and standard commercial usage rights.
Usage Restrictions: Standard licensing does not permit sub-licensing, resale, transfer to third parties, or use in regional/national broadcast and out-of-home advertising without prior written authorization and payment of additional extended licensing fees.
Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure that any logos, graphics, or materials provided to us do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

Client Cancellation: Cancellations before work begins are eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. No refunds will be issued once work has started.
Studio Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel projects under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will be issued proportionate to work completed.

Sky Glimpse Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.

We respect the confidentiality of all client-provided information and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Sky Glimpse Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised "Effective Date."

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
