Do you service my area?

Our office is located in Brantford, Ontario and we typically service an area within 50km of  our office, but we often go further as necessary. Please be aware that anything beyond 50km will incur a mileage fee at $0.75/km. This will be clearly discussed with you during our initial communication and will be documented on our invoice form.

What is the process for a typical project?

Our process typically involves an initial consultation to understand your needs, followed by planning and scheduling the shoot. After capturing the visuals, we proceed with editing and post-production to ensure the highest quality results. Finally, we deliver the finished product to you in the desired format.
Depending on the complexity and scale of the project, the initial consultation could be a simple email, or multiple video calls walking through, step-by-step the plan.

Question 3

Can you fly a drone at my location?

Our pilots will review the location prior to any shooting and will inform you of any restrictions. All of our pilots will abide by all Transport Canada regulations and are up-to-date on the latest requirements. To learn more please refer to the Transport Canada official website here.

Question 4

What happens in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

We will shoot rain or shine; however, we may not provide the full package of services requested. We will inform you once we have arrived at the location if we can or cannot complete a specific part of the shoot; you will NOT be charged for the omitted part. For example, if there are strong winds that would prevent our drone from flying, the invoice you receive would not include the drone service and you would be charged a reduced amount as a result. ​
 
Note that in severe weather events that would pose a risk to the health and safety of our staff or to others, we will cancel the shoot and arrange for another date.

I have a cool idea, can you help?

Question 6

I was unhappy with the service, can I get a refund?

We're sorry to hear that! We pride ourselves on our work and always try to deliver the product you want. Please reach out to our team directly with your concerns and we will work with you to issue a refund where we can.

Question 7

Do you do reshoots?

Accepted Answer

The short answer: yes. However, we try to eliminate the need for reshoots to the greatest extent possible and are typically only reserved for specific cases - we try to not make a habit of having any reshoots. These specific cases could be, but not be limited to the following:
Failure to capture a specifically requested scene.
Loss of photo or video captures (e.g. memory card failure or corruption, theft).
Severe weather (See our FAQ for bad weather).
